No submission fee. You pay only after your paper is accepted through peer review. All charges include 18% GST, DOI, certificate, and lifelong open-access hosting.

Final fee is calculated automatically based on the number of authors and pages. You'll see the exact amount when you submit, and again on the acceptance email.

Waivers
Partial waivers are considered for student-only authorship from low-income regions on a case-by-case basis. Email editor@ijvast.org with a brief justification before submission.
Refund Policy
Charges are non-refundable once the DOI has been assigned. If the paper is withdrawn before DOI assignment, a full refund minus processing fee is issued.
