IJVAST Institutional Collaboration Program

A structured pathway for colleges and departments to help students publish faster, at lower cost.

What this program is

IJVAST offers a structured collaboration process for colleges and university departments. Through this program, a department can register as a collaborating institution, giving its students access to discounted publication fees, faster review turnaround, and a dedicated point of contact at IJVAST. This program does not require any financial commitment from the institution — students who choose to publish pay IJVAST directly.

How it works

    Department Registration

    An HOD, Dean, or faculty coordinator submits the collaboration request using the form below, or via email to collaborations@ijvast.org.

    Verification Call

    Our team verifies the institution details and schedules a short call with the requesting faculty member.

  3. 3
    Collaboration Confirmation

    Once confirmed, the institution receives a Collaboration Reference Number and discounted fee structure for its students, along with a dedicated WhatsApp support line.

  4. 4
    Ongoing Student Access

    Students from the institution submit papers using their official college email ID to automatically receive the collaboration discount.
