Author Guidelines
Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript to IJVAST.
Manuscript Format
- Use the standard IEEE two-column template (A4, Times New Roman, 10pt body).
- Length: 4–12 pages including figures, tables, and references.
- Abstract: 150–250 words, structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion).
- Keywords: 4–6 terms separated by commas.
- References in IEEE numbered style — every reference must be cited in text.
- Submit as .docx or .pdf (max 20 MB).

Originality
Plagiarism similarity must be below 20% (excluding references). Papers with similarity index above 20% will be rejected. We use Turnitin / iThenticate. AI-generated content must be disclosed in the cover letter.
Submission Process
- Create a free author account and verify your email.
- Use the in-app submission wizard to upload your manuscript and metadata.
- You will receive a Paper ID (IJVAST2026XXX) for tracking.
- Initial editorial screening within 48 hours, followed by peer review.
- On acceptance, pay the article processing charge and receive your DOI + certificate.

IJVAST publishes under the Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license. Authors retain copyright and may reuse the work in any form with attribution.
